Here’s a recipe for a honey based natural antibiotic & anti-inflammatory that I take every day, sometimes twice a day.
(I always double this recipe; you can keep it either in the fridge or on your counter)

1/2 cup raw, unprocessed local honey
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (get it fr Amazon))
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

I would only add, use all organic ingredients .
