I would urge ppl to watch the old Stargate SG 1 series as I do believe their interpretation of the Ancients to be pretty spot on.
Odd as well that one of the main power sources they refer to thro out the series and the following Atlantis series have had actual patent applications in real time.
Amazing really their terminology in the series relating to worm holes, quantum theories, time distortions and such seem to be quite on target.
And even the Gods that came in and even the snakes/vril that made them swoller also and those things were old creatures!

In the original movie the armor of the Goulds army was the same as the images we see in hieroglyphics from ancients like the Annunaki.
