Vegetarian products can contain eggs which I prefer to steer clear of for many reasons.

On the question of eggs, can they be classified as meat? In some cases they can.

I think there's some scaremongering in the MSM. Am I surprised? No, but remain cautious.

There are other good sources of protein. Cashew nuts in a cauliflower and onion Tikka Masala (Patak's paste) curry beats any bought product.
