We're supposed to believe a wealthy, famous man who could have his choice of young beauties lured a 50-something nutjob into a department store fitting room for a forceable rape! Even if there were no employees around to hear her scream, he was recognizable and therefore could be identified to police by name. This story would require him to KNOW she wouldn't report the crime, because he would have left physical evidence with her.

It's absurd to suggest he'd risk spending years in jail for a few minutes of forced sex with anyone. Meanwhile, she admitted she thought sharing such a sensational story would help sell her book.

I fail to see how his attorneys couldn't defeat this nonsense in its entirety.
