This is not possible. A hearth from a dead person is not fit for transplantation. All transplantations are from people still alive! They are keeping you alive till the transplant! Thats why we have to stop this!
If the little girl was brain dead (blunt force trauma), doctors could have still transplanted the heart. But the fact that recipients often gain the donators memories and characteristics is amazing.

I dont know where Greg got this story, but what I read is that an organ transplant from a dead person is not going to be well. Only other tissue from dead people will work.
