And in fact in most states, Teachers (and any school district employees for that matter) are “mandated reporters” - we had to take training on this and what to do. Ironically, there are strict policies and procedures in California. So if teachers are doing the exploiting AND bound by law to report exploitation - they are fueling their own pit of fire.
