This was my experience for decades until menopause. I think it was always that way but I had not paid much attention to the moon in my younger years.
I had been on continuous birth control for 16 years, I had not had a cycle in that time for medical reasons I am not on bc anymore and am starting to have regular menstrual cycles again at 48 years old. My body is still adjusting to regular cycles and over night my period started so it will interesting to see if I stay in cycle with the full moon.
