THIS CHILD WAS GETTING HER HEAD SHAVED IN A PUBLIC RESTROOM IN A RESTAURANT BY A STRANGE WOMAN WHILE PASSED OUT! WHY? BECAUSE SHE WAS ABOUT TO BE SMUGGLED OUT OF THERE AND KIDNAPPED, SO THE WOMAN WAS GOING TO DISGUISE HER SO THE PARENTS WOULD NOT NOTICE HER BEING SMUGGLED OUT OF THERE!

Heard they also watch cars in parking lots at large stores. They usually talk to assistants. 1A 2C = one adult & 2 children. Never let the kids wander in parking lots. Doors locked, adult stays with, & see something off, say something! I will add this: teach your kids to scream and yell saying "I don't know you, let me go!" Otherwise people just think the child is a brat!

Correct......I take the advice from a friend, "Keep your head on a swivel....Don't live in fear.......but in faith.......mind your surroundings at all times". 😉
