I don't think Trump would use his brother to play as him and risk his brother's life. His brother is not in the job of Security or Secret Service.
Wouldn't anyone playing the role of President Trump be protected by the Secret Service? It's all very interesting, because if there are four Trumps, only one can appear at a time.
