I just hope we don't have to get another lesson in how the politicians ignore due process... i.e. if they try to vote without allowing any evidence or testimony. You'd think everyone has the point by now but...

It's amazing that they don't even think about the precedents being set that can bite them/us back when someone else gets burnt.

This is how they erode Constitution. Find a popular/desired result and use it to set a precedent that will hurt us in the future. Think of Flynn's prosecution and trying to go for perjury for a guilty plea, then consider the Innocence Project prisone
