I have Lupus and have taken HCQ for years...been kn remission for awhile other than a few flares here and there. i also really watch my diet...I eat a mainly Mediterranean diet
I do appreciate you sharing your experience. I will suggest the diet be addressed too, if it hasn't already. 🤞

Main thing is watch how much sunlight/heat they are in. If i get over heated it is not a good feeling. Sol water helps me. I make black seed tinctures and take that everyday too. Will be praying for your friend..Lupus sucks!
