There's one correction I would add to this video I don't think Jordan got quite right...
KEK came from World of Warcraft.
To your fellow teammates on either The Horde or Alliance you would see regular English in the chat box so LOL is what you see. However if a horde character tried to speak to an alliance character or vis versa the language would be jumbled so you couldn't see what the enemy team was saying. LOL becomes KEK on their screen. 🐸
