ENERGY DATE BALLS
π₯₯ Basic Recipe;
250 gr Medjool Dates
100 gr Nuts, Seed, Berry mix
1 tea spoon almond butter
1 tea spoon coconut oil
7 tbs raw cacao powder
4 tbs grated coconut
π₯₯ Directions;
- Add nuts, seed, berries in mixture until gine crumbly.
I used, Brazilian nuts, Walnuts, Almonds, Sesame seed, Chia seed, Pumpkin seed, Sunflower seed, Flaxseed, Goji berry, Mulberry and Cranberry. You can choose whatever you like.
- Add almond butter, coconut butter, cacao powder and unpitted dates and mix until it is sticky.
- Squash the mixture and roll between your hands to form balls and finish it off with grated coconut or any other fruit/vegetables powder you like.
- Store in fridge up to a week.
