Some personal observations, I have been trying to cash out of a small pension I had with Prudential since November last year, we have been playing email ping pong since then, with them taking a week to reply to each email and it does not smell right. They keep putting up new hoops every time for me to jump through. I noticed that a corporate pub chain in my town announced that they were closing the pub down but they just upgraded their POS card machines.... why would you upgrade when you are closing down in 5 months?????
