On Friday a bunch of politicians & appointees
had been notified concerning the TAKING OF THE OATH
which is REQUIRED for all office holders
whether elected or appointed —
the documentation showing they had sworn their Oath
& signed & certified it WAS NOT ON FILE.
That they’d been FOIA’d
& could not produce those documents..
The person taking office has to sign under penalty of perjury
that they have taken the Oath & will carry out
the duties of the office & then they sign…
KAMALA HARRIS!! THE VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
HAS NOT CERTIFIED THAT HER OATH IS DONE.
IF proper documentation is not done within the next 10 days
THEY’RE OUT OF OFFICE
& ANYTHING they have done
UNTIL that documentation is filed correctly Is NOT LEGAL.
They haven’t actually done it 💥

In law, this is called noncompliance. This makes their offices forfeit entirely and they now are legally able to be charged as "impersonating elected officials" which can be handcuffed arrestable offenses by law enforcement for that crime. If a police officer has no oath on file and is able to be produced on demand everything they do is nullified while so. Every charge reversed etc, their active duty becomes an act of fraud and fraud vitiates everything.
