On Friday a bunch of politicians & appointees
had been notified concerning the TAKING OF THE OATH
which is REQUIRED for all office holders
whether elected or appointed —
the documentation showing they had sworn their Oath
& signed & certified it WAS NOT ON FILE.
That they’d been FOIA’d
& could not produce those documents..
The person taking office has to sign under penalty of perjury
that they have taken the Oath & will carry out
the duties of the office & then they sign…
KAMALA HARRIS!! THE VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
HAS NOT CERTIFIED THAT HER OATH IS DONE.
IF proper documentation is not done within the next 10 days
THEY’RE OUT OF OFFICE
& ANYTHING they have done
UNTIL that documentation is filed correctly Is NOT LEGAL.

Is it legal if it's done in retrospect? And if so is everything prior still null and void. (or not legal)

SCOTUS says fraud vitiates everything. It reverses/overturns judgments and it destroys everything into which it enters. It even breaks the most solemn of oaths, it is a serious crime to the SCOTUS and the founding articles to conduct fraud or crime under the color of law.
