It would appear so. The picture of the bearer and the date stamped 1959. That makes it 2 years before the “official” narrative of when little Barry was born. Would have made his mother 16 when he was born. None of this would be necessarily disqualifying since they lie about everything anyway. Since there’s no date of birth showing on this passport? It looks like an old one from his father that Malik held onto.
