Fentanyl is for pain during intubation.
Intubation was due to the pulmonary hypertenions.
The pulmonary hypertension is the thing that precipitated everything else. That means the heart was working harder to pump blood through the lungs, and then it causes the heart failure.

PULMONARY HYPERTENSION can lead to pulmonary hemorrhage - and cardiogenic shock.
Pulmonary hemorrhage is bleeding into the lungs, and cardiogenic shock means the pump (i.e. the heart) - is broken for some reason and not pumping blood well. The pulmonary hyptertension can cause the heart damage - because the heart is working so hard to pump blood through the lungs.

And my understanding of reading about propofol is it should not be given to cardiac patients. She is as on all those medications for 4 days, on the 4th day is the day the nurse shoved the tube down to far which caused the bleeding. As well as her cardiologist told me that they could of over sedated her.

The thing is, the blood from her lungs to the right side of the heart caused it. There was nothing wrong with her lungs until the nurse shoved the tube to far down her throat causing the bleeding to go to the right side of the heart which there was nothing wrong with the right side. The left side of her heart is were she had a leaking valve, but it was confirmed that the left side was the same as it was 5 years ago. ( not any worse )
