I feel like parts of me that went dormant got woken up again after having an awesome visit with my brother, best friend in the entire world who Iāve been missing so much!
We went for a hike in his favorite place today, did the whole hike barefoot, through the river back and forth to get to various trails up a mountain, to a beautiful waterfall haven at the end. Grounding all over the place! So healing!!! āØš£š£ š ā°ļø āļø āØ
Iām so deeply grateful for him & our friendship.
