I don't know if I would personally use the word "FRAUD." Tho there was plenty of that.
Those 'heros' denied loved ones from being together in their dying moments and made them die alone. Parents could not be with their children. Life long partners were separated, unable to say goodbyes while medications that might have helped them were denied, even when ordered by a court.
These acts were more than fraudulent...they were vicious, cruel and inhumane.
