Golly...I'm no lawyer and have zero knowledge of law...but the thing that strikes me is the suppression of knowledge part. Not saying he did or didn't do so...but isn't that what the entire liberal democratic party via Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc... did by silencing the conservative/patriot sides whenever they would try to post information or support for Trump OR information pertaining to concerns over Hillary or Biden? Heck...they silenced Trump himself so he couldn't use social media to voice his concerns and or information. Suppression of knowledge. Wow.
