For 3 years I have been telling my son "we are not the same, we are different" when I try to defend myself against all the EMF pollution he is trying to bring into the house; it really does impact my physical health. And for 3 years he replies, "You are crazy! You think Michael Jackson is alive! I can't take anything you say seriously!" That may be. But here is what else is true: I took the damn meter off and have not had a racing heartbeat since. Some of us really are different.

Hopefully when he finally sees the real truth, you can be there for him. Frustrating when it's your own son I'm sure. This all feels very similar to living with those who are addicted to drugs or alcohol. They just can't "see" what they are doing to themselves or how it affects families & friends until they hit rock bottom sometimes.
