Nails for tyres, pit covered in brush (enough to get vehicle hung up in, trip wires that spray skunk juice, trip wire with bird scarer cannon (no, not advocating you kill them, much as that is appealing, but inconvenience and scare the hell out if them.)
Security cam system a MUST. Record them, then sue them for trespass, and criminal damage - "They destroyed my hobby."
