I actually haven't noticed much about the clones and have just assumed there's lots of rubber masks being worn by actors. But have you noticed any non-famous or rich being incapable of doing normal adult tasks like driving or making change or cash? Maybe it is simply they never had to drive themselves or use money if they are super rich because everything was paid for and they had drivers/chauffeurs.
