I’m on my county grand jury now. The bill is presented to the grand jury to ascertain whether they feel it is a TRUE INDICTMENT. I’ve heard that ‘quorum’ (necessary number of members that feel it is a true bill) hasn’t been reached. There’s no round 2. What the muthafuck.
