To be clear, the trans is only the ASSISTANT to the HHS Secretary. No one has ever even heard of the guy who's the actual Secretary or most of the other Cabinet members for that matter--only those whose identity matters.

Scary thought...Dr. Rachel Levine is a pediatric psychiatrist. I think I would prefer that he/she be a gov't official than actually treating children, though.
