Right now, the idea is to get the dems supportive of arresting a former President by putting it out there that it will be Trump.

When I first read Trump's statement Obama came to my mind.
If Trump got arrested it wouldn't wake any of the people like my brother, who I haven't talked to in a couple years now because he thinks I'm a terr0rists for standing with Trump. People like him would cheer and tell me told you so. Obama arrest on the other hand should wake a lot people.
Also, I don't think Trump is a former President. I think he is STILL the President
