Funny how Ukraine is still losing when the United States, alone, sent 17 kekgillion dollars to them to supply,arm & fund their needs. It's almost as if Ukrainian armed forces didn't receive the full amounts sent over;)
Or it was received, laundered, then distributed out. So it didn't actually go to what it was "planned" for
