I've had a cold for a month now. Not bad but lingering.
I've started drinking water with electrolytes that I pour into a large glass jar that I placed an Obsidian tower into. I'm drinking more water than ever!
I've been cleaning out every room & shedding things that I've enjoyed but can be passed on to a new home.
I turned a spare bedroom into a spiritual growth sanctuary for myself.
I'm not hungry and I've lost 8 pounds.
I'm sleeping a lot though.
I've let go of many habits cold turkey.
All of this in just the last month.
Just a Husband to a beautiful wife and Dad to the greatest two turdburglars in existence. We love our country and our God. Ready 4 END!
