ISO 20022 is asset-backed currency run on blockchain (xrp/xlm). ALL banks worldwide had to get Basil 1 - 4 over the last 4 yrs or so (it's been a slow process). They also have to have real, physical gold in their vaults to equal the dollar bills that they will have on hand.
