Yep...I've had the 3rd degree too in the past. I knew they would ask anywhere from 8 to $10K....but didn't realize they'd ask at $2K much less...$5K. I just told them hubby was thinking about a larger purchase. Peace of mind can be a purchase right? Just "buying" it from and for ourselves. ;) 💁😁

Yep...I anticipated that...so JUST IN CASE wrote at the top of my own personal cash breakdown request..."for my debt payment envelopes"...and I verbally said...I just need it broken down so I can divvy it out to my bill envelopes. Yes...true...but we willingly signed our money over to the bank when we deposited it....so I guess they feel like it's their money now and they are graciously allowing us to have some of it back. lol. Bankers be like....
