Exactly. If someone is tracking your every move and every purchase with a trackable barcode on the money you use...if they are tracking every monetary amount given to a grandchild...charitable need....kid mowing your lawn....money you set aside for a rainy day....then are you really FREE???? Are you really able to move freely and go where you wish and do what you wish without "someone" knowing your every movement?
