It's bad, I have copd and other lung desease. My Dr would not come in room for my check up until I put a mask on. I put it over my mouth and nose and sucked it down my throat trying to breath for 20 seconds. I left crying. I found a new Dr that doesn't require a mask. I could not believe how stupid a MD can be.
