I READ SOMEWHERE THEY WERE GIVING THE MONEY TO REBUILD AND BUILD NEW RESAVORES AND THEY DIDN'T.. ALL THIS RAIN IS A WASTE AND WILL END UP BACK OUT IN THE SEA
