businesses need to be run by practical people with a vision.
people who don't care about 'how we always did it' but instead want to make their business work more efficiently, make their people more effective, and ultimately improve the technology or product they provide.
We are seeing what the bean counters and finance goons do to businesses - they gut them, sacrifice innovation in the name of quarterly reporting, and never truly allow time for R&D and innovation.
We need a revitalization of business, that hopefully comes with hidden tech.
No more rat race. Monday morning blues. We are greater than this.
I don't know what is coming. But, here's to happier days on this planet where we don't have to worry about money. And, are rewarded for using our gifts, talents, + creativity.
I'm thinking this is how it should have always been from day 1.
