That’s beautiful, but…
Truly seeing something or someone for their essence, in the case of humans, that being our eternal souls, I believe, requires more than eyes — it requires the gift of Grace, which imparts love, wisdom, and discernment from Our Creator. I pray for it every day for all of us, because, I suspect that’s what the Great Awakening is really all about. Who knows — maybe whales, doGs, cats, etc., are already more awake than most of us, and are waiting for us to catch up. Sometimes, it sure seems like it. :)
