Seems to be working well for me, instead of the “Unfavorable” Memory just hanging around, it goes Kapoof! Just thought I would share, Does anyone else have a process in healing ❤️🩹 memories that appear? Which brings me to another question, why do certain memories just come in my head for no reason?
Sometimes unfavorable Memories come to mind even if you healed them

It leaves a sign
But as you said if you dealt with It it's easier to let go
