30% going to 5th??? Somebody's an optimist. NPC's, Evil Narcissistic Psyphopaths, Clones, all of the wicked....none of these are even going to be able to Ascend....let alone get to 5th. Rest of humanity here going to 4th which has many levels like all dimensions. Starseeds going to 5th with some going to 6th & higher but then coming back down to help others to get up higher in dimensions. A big " do-over " is in store for others who will be placed with those just like themselves for a veeeeerrrrry long time on another 3D planet .
