You soak weed in a high proof alcohol like grain alcohol or clear moonshine for a 15-30 min, then filter out and strain til you have a yellow colored alcohol. Next you need evaporate the alcohol with a rice cooker (no flame, low heat). Or you can use a system that distills the alcohol back out for reuse. What's left is a dark concentrate oil that is very effective at killing tumors as well as curing other ailments. Look up Rick Simpson's story called Phoenix Tears - Running From The Cure on youtube.
