So sad for these children.

There’s mothers out there who want their children / child to be sick so they can get attention from ppl. Munchhausen . So sad 😭 why would any parent want to hurt their child on purpose

Mummy id'd child at 4 as TG & dressed
her 3rd boy as a girl

Now she's a mutilated mess & mummy still
clings to her at over 20 yrs old.
