It's the hardest thing in the world to deal with people who choose to operate on low frequencies when you're operating on a higher frequency. Just one encounter with my mothers meanness and I feel like I want to puke. God please help. 🙏How can I heal when I'm surrounded by this. 😓
It's hard to do this constantly. Work mates definitely are not on the same level. Very easy to get dragged down with them, but learning to power through it.
