Schumann Resonance showing deliverance.
So many people read this in different ways. I will just share what I see, and you can take that on board or create your own reality. That's what 5D is all about.
This magnificent rendition is showing us as the green (heart) and the red (3D) as it being purged by the white..... the white being the highest frequencies of all, cleansing and purifying us (5D). Really simple.
Instead of recoiling in horror at the white - knowing how it impacts you at times - consider that what is happening is the red (dross) density being purged from your being.
Catholics might call that dross the original sin, but I would call it density from a different reality as we get ready to move into the next vibration. This is altering and it can deeply affect you.
Some of the symptoms include:
feeling scattered
foggy thinking
dizziness
sometimes nausea
irritability
moodiness
sleeplessness
apathy
tiredness
appetite swings
disinterest in connection with others
loss of interest in sex
It's a complete and utter physical transformation. Surrendering is the best defence.

Ideally if you can rest, nap or sleep that's the best. If you cannot, do NOT push through the physical symptoms. You must acknowledge them. If you are driving, stop. Gather your senses. If you are at work, go for a walk. If you are able, go and put your feet on the ground, and breathe. Consciously teach yourself to breathe to the pit of your belly.
Each breath is your healing breath.
Your acknowledgement of the presence of the Divine.
Use an essential oil, drink the purest water you can find. Be still - even if it is for 10 mins and allow God and the Holy Spirit to work through yo

Observe the white not as something to be feared - instead feel this as God's unconditional love coming through the universe.
Notice the white as unconditional love from the Creator, purging that dross and annointing you, with god's light - Christ Consciousness.
Look at the daggers downward, they are suggesting that the negativity of the Earth is overcome with God's light.
You will be renewed. Don't block it. Don't fear it.
Surrender.
Meditate if you can.
Pray.
Be still.
