Ok... CBDCS are not the same thing as QFS (quantium financial system). The CBDC was initially supposed to be tied to the digital ID that everyone was supposed to get in order to stay up to date on their boosters and have access to food/entertainment/etc. That failed (even in China).
The QFS has been running alongside the swift system for the last 6 years and the satellites are the Starlink (all babies of Tesla). Not sure how the 5d is tied into that so, will be interesting to see. The US does have 3 main hubs of the QFS. Not sure about the whole alien idea since there are Chinese Elders and one other person that I know have the codes to activate the QFS.

That is what I have been told too and by someone that would not make it up. She actually sent me copies of his messages. Like I said she has turned him in to Interpol and her bank!
