It’s official my Son who was kicked out of the NG a year ago, got an Email for him to report back to duty on March 31st. They are calling back all the Men and Woman who didn’t take the jab. My son is not to sure how he feels about going back either are the 17 other men from his unit who got kicked out.

Did they not break the contract by giving them the boot? Does he HAVE to go back? Did they already give them a dishonorable discharge? Hmm.....Perhaps maybe if the "order" was signed by Donald J. Trump (PRESIDENT) himself. Are they asking or telling? Because it's like....you can ask me nicely since I no longer work for you...but I'll have to think about it. Is he going to have to get RE-jabbed for anything? I'd for sure be saying no to ANYTHING they wanted to put in my body at this point.

Hi Kimmy I haven’t seen the email he tried to forward it to me but it won’t send. I will look at it when he comes home. The last day he was on duty, he turned in all uniforms anything that was giving to him, and signed his discharge paper. The last year I kept asking him when he will get his papers and he said don’t worry they will come in the mail. They are not asking him they are telling him that he has to report back to duty since they are no longer making the vax mandatory. He said he will not let them give him any shots at all EVER. I will keep everyone posted.

That's what I'm wondering too. If they discharged him...and it's been a YEAR? He's moved on with his life. I don't see how they can TELL him to do anything at this point. It would be interesting to know if there's any FINE PRINT on those discharge papers. Are they basically trying to cover their own butts at this point and bully these people back to do so? I'd probably get the group of discharged FORMER military persons together and get a Constitutional Lawyer and put him on retainer for this. File a suit against them...and I'd probably also want compensation for illegally discharging him and breaking the contract.
After I did my 3 years I had to give 5 years of inactive reserves. They could have called me up during that time so it may be similar to that

Hubby is ex-military...and said there were pages of fine print on his paperwork...when he was discharged after serving his full term. So it's very possible that they have the option to recall them for whatever reason written into that fine print. If he's wanting to fight it...he better get a good Constitutional Lawyer.
