Time is not a dimesion by iteself.
1. TIME DOES EXIST.
2. It is formally referred to as Space Time, as defined by Einstein's Theories of Special & General Relativity.
3. If you don't believe time exists or is an illusion: look at an ice cube melt. That is called ENTROPY. The Ice Cube can't refreeze itself. THAT is the passage of time. Also see Stephen Hawking's Chronology Protection Conjecture.
4. None of the laws of theormodynamics, entropy and the standard model would function if there was no space time.
