Were you listening in on my conversation with one of my guests this morning? At the breakfast table, I put out the Maple Syrup in a glass bottle. He asked if it was wine. I told him I was sorry to disappoint him but it was syrup. 🙂

Then we were speaking about gluten and GMO foods since his son has a sensitivity to gluten and I told him about my sensitivity to the GMO corn. Told him I could eat the organic but can't digest the other one.🙂

This happened earlier with a friend of mine. He sent a picture of a frozen lake. I was just talking about the waterfalls located not too far from my bed and breakfast and how beautiful they look right now with the ice but still flowing with water.🙂
