17 hours 45 min in, water only ....feeling a bit peckish. The second day is usually easier for me. How are the rest of you doing? I wonder how many of us are doing a fast now. It does help me pray and meditate more.

7 hrs in for me. Had to get my mentality goin' first, lol. Ate supper last night around 6, been up since 5 this morning and only nibbled on a few things before I started.
