So I drove
17.5 hours about the fastest time for me
1458 kms
just over 900 miles.
I live in Canada so that's understandable here but for most would seem crazy.
It took me from around 2 to 3 am to anywhere from 9 to 10:30 pm.
it wasn't the best way to spend my time, i thought (still think)
but it wasn't impossible so I did it.
It cost me $400 plus in fuel each way but I made it just fine.
I never gave (them) a f^cking thing
and I'm still here and still ok.
It made things a bit more time consuming but (and this is the key (stone)
It didn't change my life for the worse
which taking that shot would have.
The job I wanted would have not allowed that so I took the one that worked.
The $ was substantially less but enough.
The time with my loved ones was shortened.
