Just under six months ago I decided it was finally time i gave up dairy having known for most of my life that my body didn't tolerate it well. 177 means i have lost 20lbs as of today! I needed to also sacrifice carbs and sugar the past two days to make it in time for the six month mark, but I did it! I missed 177.6 by a tad but I'm cool with that. 😉 I know I don't usually post much so I'm sorry for the brag post. I kinda remember hitting 170 and 180 on the way up and being so sad and upset with myself. Now I couldn't be more excited and proud of myself! Thank you for listening to my brag. 😄
