Well i see it as a sign you know that's not a place you should work...better than getting hired and hating it! they saved you the pain! You just gotta find the right one that doesn't care about that kind of stuff - a place that you can be mostly happy.

After the 3rd question I knew that it was not going well - the school psychologist skipped 3 and went to question 4.
After answering number 4 I asked the panel if I could talk about question 3 ... that was probably another "test" and I did well with that one
